Truly Fall

Armani Prive presented a more mellow, non lunar or gaga-esque Haute Couture collection today. His collection was an interesting 43 pieces (quite a lot for a Couture collection), was perfectly tailored, and created in a beautiful fall color story. Even the red carpet dresses were in hues of deep browns.


Not too sure if Gaga would wear any of it, though. I guess last season's Armani Prive Couture was just a rare avant garde shot by the designer. I have no doubt he will continue to design costumes for Gaga, but Armani is a fantastic business man who is always designing his collections around smart, modern business plans. In sum, I don't doubt what he's doing. Even though I'm not feeling the brooches in his designs.
